Sustainability is a core value of our company and we work closely with our suppliers to reduce our ecological footprint. In close collaboration with our trusted supplier Alligator Plastics BV, we have developed a new packaging method to maintain our weekly supply and delivery of high-quality polycarbonate parts and in the meantime drastically reduce our environmental impact.

Initially, our logistics relied on wooden pallets and cardboard packaging, often used for a single trip of less than an hour, with only the pallets being reused...not something aligned with our core values...It inspired us to use a combined pallet and packaging box, made out of sturdy and recycled plastics, that bring two huge benefits:

Reusability and Longevity: The durable, sturdy and well-designed boxes can be used for hundreds of deliveries, continuously traveling between our factory and Alligator Plastics. Their smart construction also allows for easy loading and unloading by both our staff.

Efficiency and Reduced Environmental Impact: The boxes are stackable, enabling us to load twice as many into each truck. This optimization significantly reduces the number of deliveries needed, lowering our carbon footprint and contributing to a more sustainable supply chain.

Thanks to this combined effort, many wins were made on a variety of sustainability levels and our warehouse manager Rick Emons welcomed the new boxes with a smile!
